    Changes to my dress size and appearance are just side benefits to me. I love more the fact that ever since I started exercising again, I feel more awake and energetic throughout the day. Of course I won't deny that I'll feel really good once I can fit into smaller sizes again.

    I had really dry and itchy skin on my arms and legs. It helped a lot when I started using organic soap instead of regular soap. Then I put aloe vera lotion after every shower.

    Just ignore those comments and focus on yourself. Also, just imagine how fun it would be to make them even more jealous once the result of your weight loss efforts start showing.
