    well the weight I gained on my UD has gone with an extra 0.4lbs! Not actual weigh in day till monday so not to bad for week two! so 11lbs lost so far in 9/10 days and only 2lbs away from my 5% weight loss goal. I so can not weight to see 15st something again!!!

    You have lost 84lbs and are doing amazingly well, You are well over half way through and I still think your going strong! Maybe start to take your weight loss by 7 to 10 lbs at a time and reassess how you feel at those milestones?

    Thanks fmbb! Ok I start exante today at 14st 4lbs, which is about 6lbs more than I was last week, but that's thanks to my birthday and totally over eating and drinking....but hay it was fun! 3 weeks and 4 days until x-mas eve and I hope to get to the low 13's or high 12's by then. I know...
