    Hi All, My name is Tim, I'm 5'10 and 17st. I lost 4 stone on CD a couple of years ago, but it's gradually crept back on :( So started again yesterday, aiming to lose about 4 stone again (only took 7 weeks last time :eek:) then get myself down the gym on a regular basis! Cheers, Tim.
