    Hello! It's just pitta with a spread of tomato passata or purée then chilli con carni (was left overs) and cheese on top. Wedges are just sprinkled an sprayed with fry light, garlic, paprika & pepper. We have a fan oven and I put them in about 170 for about 35/40 minutes. Turning once. Xx

    They are sprinkled with plenty of garlic (or if lazy garlic salt), paprika & pepper. I just wash em, cut them, spray with fry light and put in the oven on about 160 (fan) for 40 min. Turning once. Hubby has them down to a fine art too- although he says mine are better :-) xx

I think that since you are not used to working out you should go for 2 or 3 work outs a week just now and then once you get fitter, slimmer and closer to target you can increase this. That should stop you getting bored and keep your weight loss moving nicely...
