Hi everyone, I've been ttc with my oh since Xmas, i did a test on wednesday and it was positive!! I'm very very happy but also scared in case anything goes wrong as this is our first baby. Im even worried about bending over or laying certain ways. Is this normal?

Hi does anyone know if the deli light blue cheese is safe to eat during pregnancy? I'm researching it online but it says soft pasturised cheese is fine but not some blue cheeses so I dont know?

I also find it disturbing how people eat horse meat but then I'm vegetarian.

Sorry but I don't think it can otherwise I think I would know as this is my favourite cheese ! I tend to just use a normal cheese hex a and add fresh chopped chillies or dried chilli flakes. Sorry I can't be of more use :(

I feel the same as you at the moment but I've noticed that I only have good losses if I have all my hexs. Sometimes I just can't eat anymore food lol.
At least you've lost :) just keep at it and it will be worth it in the end.
You should start having up to 15 syns a day from day 1. Most consultants advise 10 a day but it's up to u. I would recommend at least 10 a day. Enjoy!!
I'm feeling the same today and have done all weekend, can't bear the sight of eggs and pasta which is the main part of my green day diet. I'm a poor vegetarian :(
Thank you Sofartogo, deep down I know I'm much healthier than before I stopped smoking but it was so much easier to not eat when I could have a cigarette instead. Ive been stopped for 19 months now and smoked for almost 10 years; it was one of the hardest things I've ever done, other than dieting!
Just weighed in at dead on 12st!! I don't think I'll ever get into the 11st range :( to think this time last year I was 9st 3 lb is a joke. Sometimes I wish I hadn't stopped smoking.
Not been the best 2 weeks food wise, not gone over my syns but been using them on naughty treats instead of the more healthier options. This probably accounts for my sts the last 3 weeks.
Had a bag of chips (17 syns) and an ice cream 10 syns? At mattock bath today. I've about a million syns saved up and we had a 3 hour hike uphill mainly so I'm not too worried.
Lol I've just been doing my garden too and it's also the first time I've been bothered about it. Had to cut my small lawn with scissors as I haven't got a lawn mower! It's a bit patchy but it will do!!
Still 12st 2 on the proper scales so stayed the same for 3 weeks of being 100% on plan and not having syns! I've just been so full from my superfree and free as well as sometimes all the HE s as well. From today I'm having at least 10 syns a day and I'll see how weigh in goes next week.

I'm 12st 4 now and it's taken 9 weeks to get here from 13st 7. Seems like a long time but I've never eaten so well and still lost weight! We can do it!! My target is 9st 7 .
Going to try a week without adding extra salt to EVERYTHING and see of my weight loss speeds up to more than 1-2 lb a week. 100% on plan for 8 weeks now and lost 16 lb.
I think if u keep motivated that will be a good target for u this week, I don't see any reason why u can't do it. :)
Try to focus on how good it feels when uve lost weight instead of being at work or horrible early mornings. I know it's difficult but it will all be worth it in the end.

I had 2 glasses of wine last night which were very nice but they made me very drowsy and I was asleep for 10.30! I only had about 30 syns ( all on wine) last week but I still feel that I shouldn't have syns at all. For week 2 which starts tomorrow I'm going to have some non-wine syns.

Ive got a feeling most of my syns will be going on wine too! Although not 3 bottles a week like I used to! No wonder I put so much weight on, but wine was my substitute for cigarettes.
