    Hi All, Lost 1.5lb this week if I can do this again next week i will be back in my 10s! Our consultant is on holiday for two weeks after tonight so im dreading wi for the next 2 weeks - I find her really motivating!

    Wii fit

    Hi Rainstarr, I use the weigh fit to exercise 30 mins at least 5 times a week and always weigh in when i do it lol ( i know i shouldnt!!) However I do go to class on a monday night as I find that it keeps me Motivated. I really enjoy image therapy xx
