    I am the same! I too blame sw!! I do try and curb the cravings but having low pp but not low fat/sugar snacks is really the only way for me. It feels naughty and rids the craving. Spray cream and a crumbled flake over fruit is one of my favourites.

    My wiifit is very unreliable! It really does depend where in the room I put it, and it varies by half a stone right up to 2 stone either side even an inch from where it was before!

    what have you changed??

    Portion sizes, especially carbs!! I havent really changed anything else, I still have FF mayo etc the major difference is i have really increased my fruit and veg intake. I tend to fill up my plate with them instead of the potatoes or pasta I used to!

    Oh dear!

    I didnt think it would be recommended but it taught me that if i over indulge i have to cut back elsewhere!! What about dividing the cookies into freezer bags? Would you be able to portion control then? Just have 1 bag a day?

    Oh dear!

    I did this on my second week. I balanced it out by eating a few less points every day so i wasnt doing as much damage. Not sure if that's recommended but it did work for me, i saw a loss that week! I did however lose next to nothing on week 3 WI so i would be wary of it catching up with you...

    Your weight can fluctuate majorly day to day, hour to hour so I wouldn't lose too much heart until you weigh at the same time tomorrow before the WW WI.
