    The unsweetened soya I get is asda smart price only about 60p for a litre and it's only 0.5g carbs per 250ml. It's in the UHT section. I wouldn't recommend eating bananas on Atkins, lots of sugar in them.

    Just thought I'd share! I weigh in on a wed as I started a week ago yesterday. Lost 6.5lbs that week! So chuffed! Could have lost another 0.5 to make it half a stone but hey ho, not complaining! Just hope I can keep it up for week 2!

    Ah thanks Katie! I will try my hardest and keep you updated! I think the book is right when it states right at the beginning make sure you read it all first. A lot of people think 'okay Atkins, time for fried eggs and steaks!' its a lot different to what I expected!

    a couple of years ago, i started eating healthily and using the wii fir for about 2 or 2 1/2 hours a week. and i lost 2 stone in about 3 month, so yeah i guess it does something. better than sitting on your bottom!

    I used to get weighed about 5 times a day! My boyfriend has now taken them off me so I can only get weighed once a week which is good because then you can see a more significant weight loss rather than just little bits of pounds. And it also means I'm a bit excited for Mondays!

    im on day 3 too, im feeling okay today, not felt hungry much. stay strong you can do it! its worth it for the results, just try and drink some water or maybe a black coffee, will fill you up a bit chin up :):) xx

    oh my i bet it does! im guna stick to ss for 4 weeks or maybe just the two. my CDC charges 38 for the week but exante is 100 for 4 weeks at 3 packs a day which is ideal! im currently very much craving chocolate :( xx

    Hi all! I am starting CD tomorrow for the 2nd time! only lasted 4 days last time as I got burgled and fell way off track! That was a while ago though so back on it tomorrow :) Well done Michelle that's awesome! I hope I lose that much in a week!
