    Have you tried writing down your feelings I know sounds stupid but let me explain. When you get that binge feeling grab a bit of paper write down how you feeling bored fed up depressed then after your binge write them down again. I'm willing to bet they say very similar.     I'm very confused as I love telling people that I'm 10 stone something instead of 11 and I constantly weigh myself! But on the other hand I will not buy a size bigger if a 12/14 doesn't fit I just won't buy whatever it was!!! I never feel totally happy and don't think I ever will after 3 kids...

    Oh tinkerbelle888 I agree I don't smoke and can just about survive without a bit of choccie but coffee is my thing!!!!! I must drink 6-8 cups a day I like it strong with no sugar so don't really see the harm it's made with the dreaded water!!!!!
