    New Year New Start

    I'm doing the extra easy and have found it really simple. I prefer it to the red/green days as I don't like to think of any food as off limits. As long as you remember to fill 1/3 of your plate with salad or veg at each meal it's a doddle.

    Chilli and baked spud for me tonight. I'm going to try making the chilli with quorn rather than beef mince to see if I can taste the difference. And lots of mushrooms and peppers as my 1/3 superfree.

    Who la Hoop - I find weekends difficult too. I think it's the lack of structure, no set break times like there are at work. I moved my WI to a Saturday. That way, if I fall off my diet wagon over the weekend, I have all week to get back on!

    Super free foods

    I've found it easier to stick to the "1/3 superfree" rule than I would to the red or green plans. It's just so easy to fill 1/3 of your plate with salad/veg, add a grilled chicken breast and a jacket spud! Lou x
