    Asda meat free meatballs they are on offer at the moment 2 bags for £3. I make a tomato sauce from tinned tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic and tomato puree. Oven cook the meatballs and serve with pasta and tomato sauce Yummy!!

    Don't be disheartened, when i started walking (an hour a day) i sts for 2 weeks and then only lost 1/2lb on the 3rd week even though i was following plan 100%. But my shape changed and i lost inches. Keep up the good work

    I love Aero bubbleball ice creams (5 syns) choc and mint ice cream with a chocolate ball in the base yummy. The large flumps are good also they are 1 1/2 syns each usually about 10p each buy mine from the co op.

    I make my magic porridge using 28g of porridge oats 1 crumbled scan bran add a muller light yogurt and stir, cover and chill overnight in the fridge. Serve the next morning with berries. Not every one uses scan bran but i do as you are supposed to have 1 as part of your HE B

    Well done on a fantastic first week, i would suggest you browse through the recipe section and also at some of the food diaries as these give great ideas. I found joining one of the groups on here helps also there are groups for the different stone brackets and groups for weigh in days etc...
