    Thanks I guess I don't have the best friend choices but I've wised up and realised most if them only liked me coz in a soft touch and feel threatened I'm actually gaining confidence in myself, good luck with your journey as well keep us informed x

    Well I went too the gym today and I'm showing a 3.8 kg loss weight wise, however I've put on 3.1 kg in muscle. Instructor said if I hadnt put on muscle then id've lost over 6kg in 5 weeks so gotta be happy with that as muscle boosts metabolism so I'm burning more fat all The time

    Definitely finding results poor compared to the discover plan, my leader just says stick at it and it will click, I have a lot to lose so was hoping for more, when other people in The same meeting as me have lost 12.5 Lb in 2 weeks!!!!!
