    30 day Shred

    I did the 2nd day today. Everything seems to ache, but as they used to say: If it hurts, it's working! It's just a reminder to me that I have done some exercise, so I'm quite proud gingerly walking up and down the stairs.

    Just done my first Level 1. It's definatly knackering. I'm ok with most of it, but the push ups really do conk me out. It'll be nice to get the the end of that bit without feeling like dropping my face into the floor. I did quite enjoy it, but I think i'll enjoy the shower more.

    It's been my night off cooking today so we had cumberland quorn sausages, swede, sweet tatie mash and cabbage. It worked for me. Yesterday it was SW quiche and stuffed portobello mushroom with a few SW chips.

    Thanks for that it's really helpful. I always thought it was a must eat thing so to speak, like super free foods. I'll keep them there if I need them but won't have them just for the sake of it.
