    Attack self sabotage

The low fat ice-cream will still have sugar in it, so no. But if you get some 0% greek yoghurt, splenda, vanilla and whip together, this is a good substitute. Put it in the freezer for an hour then stir for ice-creamy style experience.

Attack How long did you do?

I have loads to lose, the DD website said 5,so I did 5. I thought it would be more, but it wasn't. Probably something to do with number of diets you've been on before/current weight/the other weights you had to put in. 5 days was enough to get me started, and by day 6, a PV day was welcome. I...

Friends round for Dinner tomorrow!!!! How do I avoid alcohol.

Tell them you're doing a pre-holiday detox, no booze or sweets... and have sparkling water or diet softdrink. And don't worry too much about what they think - remember that after they go home, if you do drink alcohol/eat dessert, you'll be the only one at the end of the evening feeling bad about it.

    Struggling to find oatbran

Short supply indeed may be the reason it's tricky to find. I noticed that there was only one container of quark in my Waitrose this evening, despite there being lots of all the other products beside it.

    Struggling to find oatbran

I found it in Waitrose eventually. It looks like this: Mornflake - Milling our way in Cheshire for 14 generations I think part of my problem finding it was recognising it when it was there!

    Mouth Sprays

I've taken to carrying a small tube of toothpaste (and toothbrush) around in my handbag - and in desperate times just put a blob of toothpaste in my mouth and swallow... crass but successful. I also think swallowing the toothpaste helps in addition to the brushing and sprays as the minty fresh...
