    Cocoa butter is a god send. I use it daily it helps stretch marks as well as helps to tighten your skin. Its brilliant if you get pregnant and dont want stretch marks too. And it makes your skin soft and smooth.

    Monday weigh in

    I weighed myself today. 15 stone 4lbs. Is it better to weigh yourself once a week on the same day? I tend to do it when ever i can, sometimes everyday and i do find it knocks my confidence.

    I have been on slimfast shakes for 2 weeks now and i have put on 5lbs! Is this normal? I have one shake for breakfast, one for lunch and then a low calorie meal.     Reasons for weight loss

    The one thing i wont be happy about once losing weight is losing my breast size. I always had quite small ones and the only good thing about putting on weight was getting bigger ones. :)
