    24 days...

    thanks lovely! I went to the gym last night and it actually went well. Wanted to go today as well but my muscles are so stiff now I can hardly walk.

    24 days...

    24 days On SS with blips 2 days. I'm getting more and more tired for every day. Was planning to be back at the gym by now but I just can not find the energy after work. Anyone else experienced this?

    Stupid cheat - WHY!?!

    All that matters is that you are back to 100% now. You probably learned from it and the next time you think of cheating, think back on how sluggish you felt today.

    Welcome to the forum! I have found it to be a massive support and you can find the answer to pretty much any question. Drink plenty and you should be free of head aches most of the time :)

    First day feel awful

    It's perfectly normal. After the third day it will get easier. Have a hot shower and drink atleast 2.5l of water. I tend to have very early nights the first days on SS. Hang in there and focus on the goal!!

    toilet problem :(

    Physsilium husk is great if you are constipated! I can't live without it when I'm on CD.

    I have had the same experience. Have been on Cambridge before but was dreading going back on it since I got so constipated. My CDC recomended PH and they are fantastic!!

    2nd WI LOST 2LBS!! :(

    Hi, I know how you feel. I had my WI after two weeks on SS yesterday. Only lost 3lb and it really got me down. I haven't cheated at all and I have also been excercising. I felt that the massive effort that I put in last week have a VERY little reward.

    boobs are made of fat.. so if you lose weight they will most likely get smaller. unfortunately you can't chose where to lose the weight. I have the same feelings as you about my boobs... but, I managed to get down to a size 10 a few years ago and noticed that I had so much else to be happy with...

    Gym

    Sounds good. My second week on SS is done on Monday. Will aim to go to the gym or do some form of excerise every day after that to speed up the weight loss and get toned.

    Okay guess I can always try and see how it goes. I miss eating. Not pizza and burgers but fruit and vegetables. Juicy and nutitious.. Thats what gets me down with the powder stuff. I have always enjoyed healthy food , my weight gain is due to all the extras... Wine, chocolate, nice cheese etc...

    Hi, Your CDC should be able to give you alternatives if you don't like the shakes! Try porridge or the soups. Only having one shake a day seems dangerous to me. You need all three not to get malnourished. Let me know how you get on.

    Tried SS+ weight loss stopped

    hmm, I am on my second week of SS but had been planning to step up to SS+ for two weeks after this. Not worth it if the weight loss stops. Can't see how though, on SS+ the calorie intake is still very low....

    Well done for the weight that you have lost! I try to find other ways to reward, comfort and treat myself rather than with food. If you have lost weight treat yourself to a massage or a manicure rather than food. I have not mastered it myself yet but I use food to enhance pretty much any emotion...

    I agree on the wobbly bit, hence why I need to get back to toning up at the gym. I will stick it out for 2 more weeks and then go back to the gym. At the moment I amm walking and swimming a few days a week. Did however find that I was unbelievable hungry after a day with swimming and sauna...
