    Today is day 6 of level one :-) my knees are feeling better, for the most part at least... Still can't do the push ups too well but I am getting better with them. I broke my tailbone about two years ago, and recently re-injured it and push ups will sometimes cause me to lose feeling in my legs...

    I am doing 30 straight days. In the mornings I do different workouts (for about 30 minutes) then in the evening I do The Shred. It's preference really, and how much you think you can handle. :-) got my second day down and feeling amazing!

    I just got the 30 day shred, it's insanely tough but fun if you let it be :-) I want to try some of Jillian's other workout videos. I can already tell a difference after my 1st day of The Shred.

    30 day Shred

    I just started this last night :-) and I loved it. Hard, yes, but it was fun (to me at least) I had my 1st weigh-in this morning and was pleased to see I had lost 5 pounds! (although I don't give The Shred all the credit, I have been doing it alone for the 6 days prior to that (this is my 1st week))
