    SW tend to change their mind all the time. If you have checked online I would say go with that. I think tinned meats will have syn values as they have loads of additives. Sue x

    I took everything to a charity shop except for what fitted me (just) at the start of the diet. Everything was so tight so I was probably more like a 26 but I could never bring myself to buy anything in that size, I must have looked a fright! I am now buying size 22's.     You wont be doing yourself any favours by starving yourself the day before-weigh in love. My class starts at 7.00 pm, there is no way that I could go a whole day without eating anything, I wouldn't be able to concentrate at work either. Sue x

    I use elextronic scales which your measure weight, water and fat I love them! Even when I have a small weight gain or the scales wont budge I know by the fat and water readings that things are going in the right direction. I bought them from sainsbury'd for about £30. Sue x

    It was veggie chow mein for me last night with lots of boiled rice. Saturday night is my treat night, I work hard all week so I reward myself with a takeaway and a couple of whiskey and lemonades nam nam.
