SW tend to change their mind all the time. If you have checked online I would say go with that. I think tinned meats will have syn values as they have loads of additives.

Oh forgot to mention that I had clothes ranging from size 12 up. I just found them too depressing to look at. So now with every stone that I loose I know that I will be able to reward myself with something new.

I took everything to a charity shop except for what fitted me (just) at the start of the diet. Everything was so tight so I was probably more like a 26 but I could never bring myself to buy anything in that size, I must have looked a fright!
I am now buying size 22's. I buy cheap and cheerful...

My class starts at 7.00 pm, there is no way that I could go a whole day without eating anything, I wouldn't be able to concentrate at work either.

Just 1lb loss for me this week. I usually do EE but have done GREEN for most of the past two weeks, is this why my losses are so low? I had been having 2-3lb losses every week. Any help or advice will be most welcome.

I use elextronic scales which your measure weight, water and fat I love them! Even when I have a small weight gain or the scales wont budge I know by the fat and water readings that things are going in the right direction.
I bought them from sainsbury'd for about £30.

It was veggie chow mein for me last night with lots of boiled rice. Saturday night is my treat night, I work hard all week so I reward myself with a takeaway and a couple of whiskey and lemonades nam nam.
Huge jacket potato, mushy peas, quorn sausages, pickled red cabbage and some red onion to add even more speed food.....I love onions....nam.
What a concoction! tasted luurvely though. Am stuffed!!

Thanks for those words of wisdom OrangeRachael and Coljack. My main problem is that I assume and expect that I'll lose 2/3 lbs every week, realisticaly, I should be grateful for small losess.
Well done eveyone. Just 1/2lb off this week, so I didn't stay to meeting even though I was 100% all week...........why do we punish ourselves so???
I tend to have a poor loss when I try to speed things up with SS foods, I even tried the Super Speed soup this week too. Is it just me...

Hey Katoof, I know how you're feeling, I gained 1lb last week, no cheating and stuck to plan completely etc., I was devastated! Weighed in this week and lost 4lb! How does that happen? It's our body playing games with us, that's what.
