    Free foods are exactly what the say..Free Foods as much as you want, each individual is supposed to use their own common sense and not over eat on 1 type of food but have a wide variety of choice..you can eat free food all day if you wish, until you feel full and satisfied

    What i would say is stick to what you did the first week..when i try to lower my Syns my weight loss didnt improve..sometimes you need to eat more to Lose Weight (Strange Concept but True) and as my Consultant always says..no where in your book does it say dont use your Syns its encouraged along...

    I seem to have Better Losses on Green, Prob do EE 1 day a Week now and Done my First Red Day Today..over all ive lost 38.5lbs or 2 Stone 10.5lbs in 15 Weeks, its just about finding what works best for you..Good Luck ;)
