    Hey everyone! Just wondered if there are any brilliant ideas of things you can do with the products? Iv heard of making crisps and muffins, is this true and are they ok to have? Also does anybody know anything else and how to make them?! A nice change would be nice! Thanks :) xx

    Starting Today :)

    Yeah I'm hungry too! I'm working nights and all the staff have chocolates and cakes :( gutted!! My CDC said I can't have the tetras for 2 weeks! I didn't like the soup or the porridge haha so just going to have the shakes! How was day 2 for you then?! xx

    Just wanting to introduce myself as I am a new starter today :) Went to see my CDC last night and got all my shakes! I have 5 stone to lose to get to my goal it seems so far away but I am looking forward to seeing some results soon!! xx

    Hi everyone! I have just started weight watchers and am enjoying it so far! I am however finding it difficult to eat all the points I am given! Do you need to eat all of your daily points or is anyone losing weight still by eating less?? Any other new members on here want to buddy up...
