after class try and go shopping and make sure you have plenty of good choice food in and plenty of low pointsnacks and fruit.

Honey and mustard pork
450g swede
450g carrotts
salt and pepper
4 x 150g lean pork steaks
2 tablespoons of honey
2 tablespoons of grain mustard
juice 1/2 lemon

but in morrisions i had the part bake baguettes for 90p even cheaper than the morrisons home make ones!!!

go to pound shop first and bag your self some lovely weigh watchers choc cakes etc because they are pre pointed it will be easier.
