hey I'm rejoining ww again tomorrow feels like the thousand time. I'm roughly around 15 and a half so ill be trying my best to see 14 soon:-) I have about three or so stone to go so any buddies welcomeO:-)
I too have been in the 15's for a good while so hopefully this thread will encourage me to get to the 14's soon. I keep having a mental block when I get near to it and then go slightly up again. its driving me crazy:'(
put on 1and a half lbs this week:-C not really surprising since i didn't track once and ate all round me. anyway i.ve learnt a lesson and am motivated for big loss this week fingers crossed
that will be a great weight loss i sympathise wit you i had week of eating non stop too. its hard to keep going just have to think of end result. how had you done since starting?
hi all on nights at the mo so sorry up late no points left just brought fruit to eat :-C its so hard doing shift work feel like you need to eat just to stay awake. didnt do any exercise today so defo gonna do big walk tomorrow oh the joys of weight loss
too be honest i did find that some nights i needed to use my weekly pro points so i did find it tough. i was panicking bout using too many of my weeklys as i was tryin to use as little as i could but ended up using them all and had a good weight loss so hopefully i won.t be as stressed this week:-)
i know how you feel got to goal before don.t know how i let it slide but this is a new start and Im lookin forward to gettin there again and wearing whatever i want!
