    I tend to do success express only for lunch and dinner. I just like a good breakfast and always eat super free with it. I've had good weight losses doing this. 4 and 5lb a week.

    I love Gammon and egg loaf that was in one of the magazines. Cooked gammon, beaten eggs, cooked mushrooms and peppers and any other veg you fancy, seasoned and put in the oven til set in a loaf tin. Delicious hot or cold!

    There are a lot of people in my group who go to zumba and they say it's brilliant fun. Think I'm a bit too unco-ordinated for that though! I like my Monday WI as it gives me a start to the week.     I always mix some fat free fromage frais in the potato to make it seem creamier and then add whatever you fancy with it. I'm a beans and cheese baked spud gal!

    exercise affecting weight loss?

    I agree with Mizkirsty. I have had a slowdown in the past few week when I've been exercising more and I can feel the difference in my muscles that have built up a little due to the exercise. I think it is more if you haven't really exercised before starting SW.

    wii got my hopes up

    I don't trust the wii fit weight at all. I just use it for stepping mostly now, although I fell out with it when it lost communication with the wii and I hadn't realised and ended up doing about 50 minutes instead of 30!

    I love Pink lady and I had a Pink blush which was similar but not as good. Honey Crisp are really juicy and lovely. I'm not a Gala fan I'm afraid but I do buy them for the kids. Though they eat my Pink Lady if they can get their hands on them! Don't like Golden Del either. Love Granny Smiths...

    We've had chickpea dahl spicy dip with carrot sticks chicken fried rice SW quiche strawberry muffins chocolate cake jelly 'sweets' That's all I can remember. Most recipes are on here somewhere! Hope it helps.

    Love the soups! Especially with roasted red pepper. I just peel it with a knife, scoop out seeds and spray with fry light. Not sure how long to roast it.

    It was a 0.5lb off for me. At least it was off. It was TOTM, Boo Hiss!!!! Have to exercise more this week as I feel a little more energetic and going to try to eat more speed superfree and free this week. Need to lose more for the slimathon...........

    My consultant had the small tub at around 15 syns but the large one was around 42! And this is before you would add salt or sugar. (I ate these big tubs sweet before I started SW!) They are popped in oil.

    I use the wii as well but find sometimes I get a bit obsessed and I'm on it every day. I try to stay off it except for once a week now. I know people who end up weighing themselves everytime they go to the bathroom. It can get a bit obsessive.

    I kept having my husband tell me in my first week how I'd never loose any weight eating so much. I lost 7lb that week. The main thing is you must stick to the plan. You just need to have faith in it. :)

    And breakfast really kicks starts your metabolism. you can feel hungier quicker when you eat breakfast. I guess the superfree helps limit this by still making you feel fuller.

    It helps fill you up and uses energy to digest as well as all the vitamins and minerals you get. Fuller for longer because they are high in fibre. May help you eat less at lunch too. Hope this helps!

    My consultant is fab! She really helps with any problems and encourages us. We have a raffle and sometimes have tasters and she tries to bring in new things every week to make us think or have a bit of fun. I wouldn't stay if she wasn't so great. If I have to leave early I get upset! LOL
