    I think the increase was "contained " because I kept my meals strictly SW through the 3 months . It was the snacking on biscuits and the bottle of wine with dinner that caused the increase. So keep to 15 syns and keep meals 100% and the weight will come off. Have joined a gym this time as well...

    I know, I have a big apettite, and I would always stop before I felt uncomfortably full. But the plate finishes before I get to that stage!! The free food allowance makes sense, without eating a hearty meal, you would be looking for snacks in an hour. Eat what u want of Free, the plan works :)

    Wonder if any of you could take a few minutes to answer these questions. Now if I weigh out 100grams of uncooked pasta and then cook it , how much in weight would the cooked pasta now weight.
