Omlette with smoked bacon,mushrooms and shredded cabbage and leek. Yummy and it was all free :D

Two weeks into SW and loving it. I bought some Smash instant potato recently. Is it free on EE? I'm sure i overheard a conversation at group that it is no longer free? Anybody know, many thanks :D

I joined SW last week and explained to my C that i was due to go out with friends on Tuesday eve for dinner and was dreading it as it is an all you can eat indian - she said I could have 50 sins :eek: Does this usually happen if you have somewhere "special" to attend?

How big is the package / portion size?

100g = 9 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy 9 Syns per package/portion on Green 9 Syns per package/portion on Original Hope this helps. I'm new to SW but entered all the info you gave me and hope this is right.

Hi I'm new to SW and just in the process of making a carrot and sweet potato soup (onions curry powder and ground cumin and veg stock) Is the cumin free even though ground cumin? I'm sure i have read somewhere that it does make a difference if grounded. Any help greatly appreciated ;)
