Jenni o turkey products are mostly 1/2-97% fat free...they carry a ground turkey which I use to make spag bog tastes great and I still lose weight. You can find it in Walmart and Sav-A-Lot. Hope this helps.

Hi, I'm in the same situation as you...I've been going by 20 calories=1 syn (it seems to be working) as far as the pasta/rice and sauce dried mixes on green days I'm still unsure. Hope this helps a little, Good luck!!
