I'm just going to echo what somebody else said "if it ain't broke don't fix it". You don't have to look far around here to see the fab weight losses people have had following the plan, I don't think you need to change it!
At the moment I'm following EE and my most often eaten are:
Breakfast: Weetabix and semi-skimmed milk
Lunch: Fat-free noodles or a salad with chicken tikka pieces
Tea: home made chilli or curry
Snacks: fruit
I have previously done WW (though before ProPoints, when it was the other points system). I love SW! I like the fact that I don't have to weigh the majority of what I eat and when I was on WW I was just so hungry!

I joined online but found I needed the "pressure" of going to group and wi. I actually enjoy the group though its nice to know you're not alone in struggling etc!
