    Weighed in at 160.25 lbs (BTW why won't it let you put 0.25 lbs in on your 'current weight' will it only let you do whole and halfs?) So that is -3.25 lbs for the week... this sounds good but Week 1: -1 Week 2: +3.5 Week 3: -3.25 so overall it is only a net loss of 0.75 lbs in 3 weeks...

    WOW, I guess red days are just not for me :( My first week I did all green and lost 1 lb... Last week I did all red and GAINED 3.5 lbs :( I feel so down about this, Back to mostly green this week, I wouldn't mind but I hated doing the red too :( love & light

    mmm roasted carrots yum yum, I don't normally eat meat, but I'm donating blood this Friday so I want to make sure I get enough protein & Iron. Normally my diet is veggie, but I thought I could just use quorn instead of meat if I do red days in future :)

    TheMissus - good adice about using other HXB's i just need to be a bit more adventureous to see what else i can have. I can't eat anything with milk but i like the idea of gravy and mayo etc :)
