I go to a lovely group with a lovely C but she seems to have lost the control of the class at moment, it's mainly a group of new member ladies who all joined a couple of weeks ago, and seem to be holding their 'coffee morning' at the back. We keep giving them the 'look' but they just carry on...

I always eat 2 scan bran with a boiled egg for breakfast, I break one up to dip and use the other one to put the rest of the egg on. It takes longer to eat than keep dipping bread soldiers!!

Good luck with slimming world, it worked for me, I joined a year ago and reached target the week before Christmas!
