Yey!!! Thanks, I'm so pleased cos I love savoury rice and don't have to count it as syns!!! I'm trying to eat free foods for breakfast, lunch and snacks and then (if needed) I can use some syns at teatime. I've been doing SW since last tues so I'm hoping for a least a little loss by tmrw...

Hi everyone I started SW last tues, still getting to grips with it all as I'm doing it myself instead of going to classes. I was wondering if anybody knows the syn value of a packet of snack a jacks? Also if you don't have your syns do you loose weight more quickly?? Xx
