    foodpacks too late?

    I often have my last hot shake in bed at about midnight! It makes not a jot of difference when you have them as long as you have all the packs in a 24 hour period. It didn't affect my weight loss each week. hope this helps.

    I take the powder myself in a soup or shake. I think its wonderful. It never affected my ketosis and at first it took a couple of days to get established, but now my bowel habits are a lot healthier. I stick to the dosage - one teaspoon f powder a day mixed in a soup/shake.

    Losing a big tummy?!

    Yes that makes senses Skinnyminny. My tum is the last place its going from me - I'm happy with my top half (apart from the shrunken boobs!) but its the tum that is resisting the most. You can't choose where it goes from - but my theory is if there's fat there it will have to go eventually.

    Do any LLrs take psyillium husks?

    Yes it is more savoury although they say its tasteless - that's why I put it in my Marigold bouillon rather than the packs. The wallpaper paste comparison is a good one - but the bowel benefits are worth it.

    My advice is you must have all your packs even if not hungry. I think of the packs as medicine to make me slim rather than food and that helps me get them down when I'm having a difficult day.

    If you are feeling yukky and shaky try a hot drink (black tea or coffee or water flavours made hot) and try and get some rest. It will pass. You could be coming down with a bug so look after yourself.
