My latest SW discovery is cornflour, 1 tsp = 1 syn! I thought all flour was high in syns so avoided this... That means I can make more sauces and wait for this.... homemade custard! Nom! Nom!

Today's my 5th day doing 100%... Woooo! Am damn proud of myself as usually I'd pig out on a Wednesday, knowing I've a whole week of 'being good' to make up for it but have been sticking to it 100% this week!

Twice a week I used to go to Burger King for my lunch... bacon double cheese burger with LARGE fries, a side of onion rings, two portions BBQ sauce with large diet coke (who was I kidding?!) oh and I'd grab whatever special ice cream they had on offer for the walk back to the office...
