    Hi, I done the same this weekend. But i figure that if I drink lots of water coffee and exercise I should hopefully get back on track x as i've heard drinking coffee speeds up your metabolism x

    2nd Weigh in

    Hi All, I'm really pleased I lost 9lbs at weigh in today. So that's 7lbs first week, and 9lbs second week. So I've lost 1 stone and 2lbs whoop whoop !!!:D

    Maybe you could do measurements now, even though your 12 days in. It'll definately be worth it :) Yes, I've noticed my skin is so much better aready :D I just hope I can do this lol, but I'm determined to make a change and get back to the old me :D You must feel great 14lbs down, thats excellent :P

    Just had my measurements taken on day 4 by my friend. It'll be interesting to see how many inches I will lose. Feel as though i've lost weight as my work trousers feel looser and I can do my coat up normally without lifting it over my hips :D I do think I've lost half an inch around my waist...

    Sick ugh!!

    Do you know whether you can add salt and pepper to the soup? The chemist said that you can add a small amount. But just wondering what everyone else does :) Day 4 seems to be getting easier:D

    I prefer the mousse than the shake. I think it's also the fact that I can use a spoon and a bowl lol x Definately give it a go :) Everyone told me that the shakes and soups were horid. But to be honest I quite like them all :D

    day 2...ohhh the tears

    I'm on day 4. Feeling much better! I was a bit moody for the first few days tbh, but felt so much better yesterday and today. It's really hard but we'll get through it, everyone as done so well. So I'd suggest to read others weight loss diaries. It's amazing the amount people have lost...

    Hi All, Can anyone answer this? I was told to try and drink the shakes for the first week, and keep away from the mousse. But i've made the shakes in to mousse instead. Is this bad and will this effect my weight loss?:confused:

    Day 3

    Well i'm on day 3 today. The headaches have cleared. I just hope that doing this will make a difference. My friends are being supportive, although my boyfriend isn't a happy bunny as he is having to make his own tea haha x he has been good rather than buying me a bar of chocolate he is buying...

    Fish and Chips

    OMG, everyone around me is eating fish and chips. They smell amazing! Although I'm happy to carry on without. I'm on day 2, so I need to stay strong as I've got a long way to go, but it will totally be worth it when I start to see the results :):) How does everyone else stay away from food...

    Started Lipotrim yesterday. Feeling a little hungry and noticing food a lot more than usual. Does anyone know whether you can exercise on Lipotrim? ie, walking or cycling? :confused:
