    flatulence

    Hi I had the exact same problem in the beginning. I worked out that it was the 2 Alpen Light bars I was having at work every day. It has got easier after a few weeks, and I only have my 2nd bar when I am at home now. Spreading them out seemed to help.

    addicted to muller yoghurt

    I try to limite myself to 1 or 2 a day - they are still calories (I know we are not counting calories, but....) and I find they are really expensive. Perhaps I am just tight :0), but I resent slightly spending £4-5 pw on yoghurt! Why can't chocolate be a free food!!!???!!!

    Left over roast chicken?

    I had left over roast chicken yesterday, and as I had all my syns intact, made up a chicken supreme with rice for 4. With the pint of milk and 2 tbsps flour - it synned out at 7 syns each, and was packed with sweetcorn, peas and mushrooms. Yummy!
