yesterday forgot to syn a small piece choc cake, probably 8 syns approx

so pleased i have lost 2.5lbs tonight at wi.
yesterday didnt work our as i had planned. no walk and dinner was beef and green pepper sauce in black bean with rice home made delicious probably about 5 syns i reckon also a glass of red wine about 6 syns

need to get back on track after a week of overeating and over drinking. Anyway really enjoyed it and now determined to get back on track.

Bfast-yogurt and melon
lunch-chicken, couscous, tomatoes...
Egg fried rice with peas and spring onion and chicken, some soy sauce - delicious. All syn free, only prob should have had more vegs. i have raspberries and muller vanilla yogurt for desert.
love salads too, i have lettuce (mixed leaves rocket etc) plum tomatoes, red onion, peppers, beetroot,AH couscous, boiled egg and ham with balsamic vinegar for dressing. its yum and syn free on ee:)
needed sweet stuff after dinner and it wasnt satisfied by a mango and passion fruit ff yogut...so i hadnt had my hexb today and eat 2 cho and fudge alpen light bars. So good so far. Then 20 mins later had:17729: a curly wurly....another 20 mins later a choc sprinkle muller.
Had to go to bed to...
pea and mushroom risotto
yum, had pea and ham risotto made by my OH and was yummy, and almost synfree (little whit wine) now havng red wine ....not so syn free:D
Hi, happy saturday night mia queenbee, i think it may be better to hve sugar syns than fat syns ie chocolate etc. just cos wine has no fat i have it in my head that syns spent on wine may be able to be used up easily through walking any exercise etc.

just polishing off a bottle of red wine and stuck to plan all day and just wondering if it is better that i drink wine or have cake and bickies. Prob wanting to convince myself wine is better than crisps and nuts. though wish i could have both! lol:D

SO weighed at class and have lost 1.5 lbs. Fairly pleased as i dont feel like i have been on a diet just making different choices.

dinner: chicken stirfry and then a...

THanks for all your support. i just eat normally today though went to class before dinner which may have helped.
Have just had chicken stirfry with noodles and a mullerlight. feeling v satisfied tonight. losing is a great motivator.

WI was tonight and lost 1.5 whichn is not too bad considering i was out friday night and had lots of wine over the weekend.:clap:

Have been following SW from Wednesday. Well when i say following i had a planned meal out last night to the Indian so did resist the poppadoms, the naan and samosas. I did have chicken Dhansak which i believe is 8 syns with boiled rice. Though Copious amounts of wine was consumed. Anyway today...
