    *Almost SYN-FREE* home-made soft cheese - in any flavour you like!

    I have one in the fridge "ripening"now.I used garlic herbs and pepper and kept a bit aside to top my spagetti and tomato lunch..... delicious even when not set :)

    Extra Easy am confused about 1/3rd plate of superfree foods

    I do green and find that i eat a third superfree without even trying. Today for brekkie i had 2 slices small wholemeal (hex) topped with low fat feta (hex),large sliced tomato and loads of fried mushrooms on the side(frylite of course)

    Ive moved to weight watchers!!

    I think maybe if you do red or EE it might be more expensive than WW but as i do green i find i spend less when im doing slimming world than when i fall off the wagon.Pasta,rice,pulses ect are very cheap.I did WW once,it did the job but i did find i was hungry alot of the time.

    Silly question - frying an egg with Frylight??

    I use a really good non stick frying pan and as another poster said,i stick a lid over it for a minute or two and you still get a runny yolk but no snot :)

    Whats for breakfast?

    I have a very weird thing for breakfast on work days.I make up a big batch of red lentils cooked down with tinned toms and a chicken stock cube.Then i freeze it in portions and defrost for my breaky.Sometimes have it with a quorn sausage or a fried egg

    Homemade Soup

    Soup made from free foods is great.You can just throw in what you have leftover.Today i made a simple soup of cauliflower,carrot and celery with a chicken stock cube,wizzed it up and voila!

    With regards to the green days.I do only green but dont tend to eat to much pasta rice ect.I eat quite alot of quorn products and lentils ,chick peas ect.They really fill you up without the bad carbs

    Ahh she looks lovely and happy to be home. Still want one even after all you have said... i grew up with loads of pets,at one point we had 2 dogs 4 cats and various other smaller animals so i know how much hard work it can be.And how expensive!!

    Just been reading this thread and its made me want a dog even more. We had 2 cats before we had kids but when my eldest was about 3 we had to re home them as he has eczema and asthma:(... but hes 12 now and although he still has these things hes alot better and also we now have no carpets...

    i was also wondering that about the water pinky as ive been on my diet for 11 days now and still need the loo every half hour!!!.... im ok with not feeling hungry but as with any diet you do begin to crave the things that you really shouldnt... like a big mac with fries.... lol

    why not invest in some scales. I bought a cheap set in wilkinsons,they are called diet scales and only cost £1.99... they are small but adaquate for weighing small portions of food Nicole x

    I agree with the bmi thing.... my top end is 9 11 and really that is to big for me. When i was 20 i was actually at the bottom end of my bmi,7 11... but if i was lighter i defo wouldnt have looked skinny.But thats me going the other way... i should be saying i should have weighed more to look...

    im having one tonight ,the pesto one. Having it with half a butternut squash and other veg. i know you dont like veg starlight but butternut squah really fills me up and i can forgo the carb side of my meal As i only have 19 points i need to be frugal and i like to save a bit for wine... lol

    how did you choose your goal weight?

    I chose 9 stone as a starting goal weight as i was 8 stone before having the kids but i know getting back to that weight is unrealistic...
