    Morning. On day 4 and still feeling good. Went to the gym last night for an hour.     Decided to make some low syn scones to have with a brew with a friend. They we're more like little bricks but still hit the spot with a touch of jam on :)

    I've just had my weigh in.. Only 1 off again. I really was expecting more and now I'm wondering where I've gone wrong. But overall I've lost 11.5 in 3 weeks and that's not bad going. Now I need 2.5lb for my stone, I'm gonna push myself so hard now x
