Yesterday was on plan (ish) but my appetite wasn't really there - its been up and down like a yo yo at the moment.
I had:
B) mango, rasps, blobs, granola and chia seeds with a dash of coconut milk (HexB, 2 syns, part HexA)
L) Jacket spud, cheese, beans, salad, dressing (1 syn, HexA)...
