Hi Dawn, thanks for you're kind reply. I'm a sort of guy that needs a plan and a routine so I have some reference to fall back on which will enable to me to stick to it. So SW or WW plan may be ideal. A change in diet supplemented with exercise should be the way forward. Its going to be tough...

I've just had enough really of accepting that what i have is all that it has to be... if that makes sense lol I have the ability to change things just a case of going out there and doing it!
