    I have decided to eat as normal on WI days (my group is in the evening) as I previously went to WW and drove myself mad not wanting to eat before WI. The whole day was stressful and therefore as soon as I'd been to WI I'd stuff myself with relief! I couldn't cope with the massive up and down...

    Quick question about slimmer of the week

    In my group your first week doesn't count, you must have lost the week before and you must stay to image therapy. It's the person with the greatest loss after that that gets the sticker and fruit basket.

    Slimming World Quiche

    I didn't like the cottage cheese lumps so now I blitz it with a hand blender before mixing with the eggs. Works a treat and you can't taste it as such. Definitely need to try the potato base.

    I quizzed up the cottage cheese with a hand blender then mixed with the eggs as I couldn't bear the thought of lumps! I wouldn't ever eat cottage cheese otherwise. It was delicious.

    I just feel that the more relaxed I can stay the longer I'll be able to sustain it. I've been on diets before when I've felt guilty about eating a piece of pasta to test of it's cooked since it wasn't part of measured quantity. Bonkers!

    Help me syn my gravy please

    I made up some gravy for my roast chicken tonight. I used about 50ml juices from the chicken, a tbsp flour, 50 ml white wine and a chicken oxo. Never thought about the juices having syns (I skimmed nearly all the fat off). Any thoughts please?

    I think it's included because in one recipe I noticed it stated to serve with a side salad. I took this to mean that there wasn't enough superfree in the main recipe. Hopefully someone will know for sure.
