    I've got the Coleslaw dressing thinking it was Coleslaw - first time I had it I had to throw my lunch away. I've also got the hickery BBQ sauce - again not very nice! I think it might be better as a marinade before cooking rather than using it as a sauce.

    I did lipotrim for nearly 4 weeks then had a weekend binge drinking (put on 2 pounds) then went in Atkins and lost 7lbs in my first week! Ive got on really well on the Atkins, nothing is harder than lipotrim!

    I've been having them on induction and had no problems with good losses. Some of the Atkins bars say you can have them on Phase 1 (go on the atkins site to find out which ones). I've got the heinz ketchup and it doesn't taste any different to me!

    Very true indeed, so if you use acohol first then i'm right in thinking there are about 56 calories in a slimline G&T so ten of them is 560 (i'm well good at maths!) calories. 1 Bag of pork crunch are near that so if i don't have 1 bag of them then this will equal out???

    I'm not sure, mine sounds very similar to yours. All the meat was red in colour due to spices and there was lamb, chicken, a kebab thing and a few bits of onion.

    It's only about 4-5 miles away from where I work so I can just collect it which is very handy! The 1 carb ketchup is a winner winner for me, and the tortillas are excellent with chicken, Mayo & the ketchup. The creama lite (think that's what it's called) taste like worthers originals!
