It may not be sw itself. Are you eating anything while on plan that you wouldn't eat while not following sw? For example a lot of acidic fruit? I find if I eat too many oranges I will get heartburn.
As your fitness and distance improve the aches in your legs do go. Just make sure you cool down properly and stretch after a run. This will really help with muscle ache.

Hi. I have always used the 800g loafs. As the 400g loafs taste like cardboard and don't satisfy me. Just use your 60g as a HEB and SYN the rest of the weight. Yes it's a little tweak to the plan but my consultant told me it would be no problem!

If your too poorly to cook you could have simple things like mugshots, pasta and sauce or toast and scrambled egg if you haven't used your healthy extra yet today.

Up your exercise regime. I would suggest some cardio and lots of weights. I am a similar weight to yourself 10.2 and my target is 9.10. I have been losing a steady 2-3lbs a week with following sw (10 syns max a day) and 4-5 days gym with mostly weight training. Good luck with your goals :)

I didn't use flour either. We have this at least once a week now. I don't use the pitta, but make sw chips and put the meat, tomatoes, lettuce and sauce on top of them. It is yummy. For the sauce I mix 3 tbsp of sweet chili sauce with 1 tbsp of lighter than light mayo.

Hi M Stew. I write down everything I eat. Find it much easier to stay on plan when I scribble hea, heb and syns down. Its definitely a great way of keeping track of fluids. I also find it useful to make sure im eating enough fruit/veg. I find its harder to cheat when you have to write it down :-)

Hi Charlotte. If you have joined a group you should have access to Slimming World online. They have an online syns calculator which I found very useful. Your consultant will give you a pin number which you use to log on.
Agree with all here - Tefal are the way to go! I have a large one I use for all my stir frys and omelettes etc. Did you know Tefal does a tiny pan called One Egg Wonder. I have two! They are great for doing fried eggs. The eggs are perfect! I use mine everyday and they dont burn or blacken :)

25 mins EA Active this morning. As of yet still haven't been able to get out on my bike!! September has been the worst month weather wise.

Well done on the 3lb loss Redmel :) Exercise does slow you down to start off with but in the long run its extremely benificial for your health. No exercise for me yesterday and 20mins on EA this morning.

Minstrels, maltesers, fizzy chewy sweets in large amounts. One was never enough! Chili doritos. Dry cereal late at night. Strange I know - eaten out of a cup! White bread. The list goes on lol.
Oh well done on the jog! Thats good going :) Yesterday I did a 30min cycle in between showers lol. Think I may just take the dogs for a walk today, id prob get blown of my bike that day!

Thanks, you always feel great after the exercise though! Oh it sounds good! I was looking for a mix of cardio and toning exercises :) Is there anything on it where you can use weights as well? I'll be getting it for the playstation, so have to buy the ps3 move package as well. Thanks.

I havent done any exercise all wknd. Failing at this challenge so far. Back to the exercise tomor though! You's are doing great and your posts are inspiring me to get off my butt!

Great thread! Always good to see what everyone else is eating :) Mine would have to be lots of chicken, pork, veg, fruit, mullerlights, alpen lights, noodles, rice, shredded wheat, slim milk, spaghetti hoops, hartleys sugar free jelly and beans!
Oh would love to be able to jog! Its so hard though and I always give up at around ten mins! Any tips greedyguts? Yeah just got my bike two wks ago and I love it. It takes twice the effort to get around on a MB than a normal bike so its all good! Today I didnt get any exercise in! Had a job...
Have heard about that 30 day shred from some friends. Supposed to be very hard! My exercise today - 40minutes on mountain bike (up some steep hills as well)!
Have also had a similar experience giraffegirl.
The bottom line is some people can NEVER be happy for you or your acheivements. You have lost four stone and she hasn't. The only way she can make herself feel better is to say something nasty.
Just ignore her, she is just jealous. And...

A take away last night. All my syns were used up when the OH suggested getting a takeaway! I sent him away for his and made myself pork chow mein. Was v.hard, but feel better for it today :)
It was yummy!! Have made it 3 times since and have a little tub of it after my dinner. Also have my mum and brother hooked on it and their not even on slimming world lol :)
