    I am on week 4 and I found week 3 really tough too. keep the chin up and carry on. I'm sure like me it took a lot of planning and consideration to start and it would b a shame to let this wi ruin your three weeks of hard work! itl show next week dont worry!!

    oh the dreaded saggy skin! I promised myself if I lose the weight and keep it off for a year I will invest in a tummy tuck. it's the only way. I don't know what i'l do bout the rest of me! push up bra all the way!

    Exercise?

    I think that's why I'm having a good day / bad day. yesterday for example I was fu of energy and did loads. spent today lying on the sofa, no energy. it was the same last week. it makes sense to conserve energy til your body gets used to it.

    yep I'm hungry too. it's day 20 and had ketone readings of 4.9 on day 8 and 4.1 on day 12 which I think is high. but water helps! keep the strong will and you will b fine!!

    what can i say to friends?

    I'm not telling anyone either as people don't understand it and start saying I'm mad and just eat right. if I could that in the first place I wouldn't be on it again! don't let anyone make you feel bad for being on the diet! the biggest treat you can give yourself is being happy about yourself...

    hi guys its week three TFr. really struggling this week for some reason. well the past two days. ketones are high so don't know why I'm hungry and tired. did anyone else struggle at this point? I have 17 lbs gone and due to weigh in tomorrow. thanks x
