    I have been doing all sorts of "diets" and I'm sick of counting points, syns, cals! So I think if I do 3 meals and healthy or low cal snacks I will become less obsessed with it all!     how many calories?

    Hiya, I use my fitness pal (the app for it is brill too!) it works out how many calories you need to eat and re-calculates if you enter exercise done. It's brill! I eat 1200 a day plus exercise cals! Good luck!!

    Having done weight watchers years ago and loosing 3 stone I thought it was great so after putting a bit back on I re-joined ww again! Only to find the new plan just didn't work for me! So then I joined slimming world, had a great first week then faffed about loosing and putting on 1 or 2...

    Slimming buddy? 10&half-ish stone!! Need a buddy to give me that wee boost, joined sw lost fab in first 2 weeks and now with loads of silly gains and small loses I am nearly back where I started!!!! Argggh!!!!!
