    Week 4 weigh in

    Hi ya and well done Rolo did my half stone last week and another 1 1/2 this week only my third weigh in. Off work for a week so will have to lock up all the naughties, but am hoping to do a 1 hour walk each days. Keep up the good work everyone

    OMG

    Just got back from second week weight in and have lost another 2lb which means 7lb or half a stone down - it is my TOTM as well and have nbot even been tempted by chocolate like I normally would. Beef stew for dinner tonight then a long hit bath to celebrate. :bliss::bliss::bliss::bliss:

    What can I expect

    I would agree with starlight CD for a stort time is not the answer.With SW you can eat most thing and I must say I have 3+ stone to lose and am down 5lb first week, and I not hungry at all. you can even drink ( in moderation ):cry:

    Hi ya :welcome: You are doing well I did 6lb my first week as well now just start week 2 so am hoping for agood week as well. What you must think is any loss is better than a gain.     The thing you should remeber is that it will do you good and will also BHF. My only tip to you is don't go to fast at first then at the end you give a final burst. What distance are you going. I did the moon walk in London 3 years ago which was a haklf marathon 13.4miles) did it in 4hrs 27mins...

    Food on the run

    try not to skip brekkie as it gives ypu a good start. Try the measure of cereal and take some milk to have when you get in. For luncg try a jacket potato and beans with salad it is what I am going to try and stick to. Keep up the good work. :0)

    First day at work

    I had my first full day at work and it went really well,:) jacket potato and baked beans with a huge salad. Couldn't even finish it which is really unusual for me. Had a chicken salad for dinner and couldn't finish that either. Waiting for my daughter to come home so may have a muller light...
