Yeah I did! I lost 5lb that week and I normally lose around 2lb when I'm really trying and I found it helped me make sure my plate was a 1/3 superfree x
2lb loss on Saturday for me :)

Great to see losses already! My first wi for October is Saturday. Had a sneaky look this morning on my own scales and showing a loss so fingers cross it keeps going down for Saturday! :)
I have been stuck on 12st for a good while now and keep dipping into the 11s but then back up to the 12s in a matter of weeks! Hopefully I won't be here too long and will get into those 11s next wi. I just need to stick to it all week I find that I always end up having a night off here and a day...
Can I join in please? I haven't done anything like this before and I need to get on it 100%. I would like to lose 5lbs (I have 4 wi in October) anything over that will be a bonus!

This is hopefully going to help me keep on track! I've been on SW since Jan and have lost 21lb after putting 1lb on last week! So I'm trying new things to keep myself on track! Any suggestions welcome for new food ideas and ways I can speed up my weight loss! :)
