    Finding an old picture of yourself

    I think the old clothes that I can't get into anymore are far more inspiring for me to loose weight rather than the old pictures. I have some fab clothes in much smaller sizes. I WILL get back into them

    Unplanned Weightloss?

    I think I lost about 2 stone over the stress of the relationship breakup. I wasn't trying but the stress of the situation knocked the weight off me over about 6 weeks.

    what's the most weight you have lost?

    About 5 years ago I lost 36lbs on weightwatchers. I found it a lot easier to loose weight when I was younger. It just seems to take more perseverance than before now but slowly slowly I will get if off :D

    I stayed the same this week. But I do feel that I have lost some inches. My clothes are now that bit looser. I will be interested to see if this translates to the scales next week

    Debate - Weight, love etc?

    I think that I would want to know. I would hate to be in a situation where we had a taboo area that could so clearly have a massive effect on our relationship. If he isn't attracted anymore of course he should say. You can then choose whether to actually do anything about it.

    I always find that plenty of water and oranges keep everything moving along nicely. If all else fails a coffee in the morning does the trick

    Two weeks

    I can relate to the perfect planning and perfection for 2 weeks and then falling into a binge. It had never occurred to me to go ahead and seek counselling for it but I might take it into consideration. I get all enthusiastic for the first 2 weeks and then "treat" myself for my hard work...

    Whats for tea tonight?

    I find a quick stirfry of the spinach with a little garlic works a treat for getting rid of the bitter taste but then you have to like garlic. Tonight I went for steak, tomatoes, asparagus, baby potatoes.

    Well due to the bank holiday my monday weigh in was on today Tuesday instead. After a weekend where I wasn't in the right frame of mind to stick the plan I am up 0.5 lbs. Not as bad as I had expected but and following 100% for next week. Will keep you updated :)
