Does thre 40cal per 1 point rule actually work??

I use that rule for when I go out for lunch. I don't want to start calculating the pro points in a bag of crisps in a cafe! It's better to do this than no to try pointing at all! Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

    Low PP soup?

An easy way to peel bns is to cut the ends off, cut in half scoop out the seeds and the stringy bits and put in the oven for a while. Take out of the oven, allow to cool and peel that way, so much easier! Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

    Extra light mayo

I don't mind extra light. For me its normally mixed with tuna or eggs and seasoned with pepper, paprika etc. It's ideal for when making dips like garlic mayo adding dried parsley too. Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

Starting WW on Wednesday but what food should I get in??

I found that I put lots of weight on after my wedding. To lose it again I made sure I had events to look forward to so I had to keep the weight off! This year I haven't had any weddings, or big events to go to so my motivation hasn't been as good, now my little boy is starting nursery and I...

What's your favourite dinner to cook on WW?

I made a low pro point korma with low pro point veg samosa, low point sag with rice and homemade raita dip. Very lovely, mild tasting but you can add more spice to hotten it up! I'm attempting onion bhaji next x Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

    Onion Bhaji

Thanks, though I wish they weren't pointed! I might have a go tomorrow, I'll let you know! If you like Indian food, I made the vegetable samosa and turkey korma (using chicken) from e source on Saturday and it was lovely, I might try yogurt in the korma rather than creme fraiche. I also made...

    Onion Bhaji

I'm going to make some onion bhajis. When creating a recipe on e source it's coming up that 2 teaspoons of cumin is 1 propoint and 1 tablespoon of dried coriander is 1 propoint. I thought they'd be zero propoint value? Can anyone help?

    Weightwatchers

I lost about 2.5 stone a year ago, a stone has crept on. I've been good for 3 weeks, tracked everything but only lost the odd half, which is better than putting on, but I expected more. I've had a week of being a bit more relaxed, see how that goes! I go to class and love it. The advice and...

    Lunch Ideas

At ww meeting last week we spoke about lunches. A good idea for a wrap ( I use warburtons square cut in half) put tuna mixed with a bit of vinegar in the middle of the wrap, lettuce and a bit of chilli sauce and wrap it up! It's gorgeous. You can dry fry the wrap and add some low fat cheese so...
