    why not use frylight for your roast potatoes same result no syns!! :) im doing this plan too, iv weighed this moring and it looks like i've lost about 4lbs so am please even though I have had the odd biscuit (my downfall) and a few vodkas at the weekend. Will keep motivated :)

    Anyone in the 11 stone bracket want support to get down to the 10s?

    Me too, have started SW a week ago and am worried I am eating too much, have a very big appetite. My starting weight was 11st 12 1/2lb. Just weighed and scales (at home) say 11st 5lb. Im hoping this is correct. I am trying to get into the 10st barrier any help would be great. Thanx in advance
