Hi, I'm on a new diet, i've been doing it for 4 weeks, 1st week i lost 3 lb, 2nd,3lb, 3rd 5 lb and now i just weighed myself and I haven't lost anything this week.
I have worked out 5 times, between 1 hr and 1 and a half hours, i have eaten the same type of food as i did in the previous weeks...
